Lofoten War Memorial Museum
This museum in Svolvær houses, amongst other things, Norway’s biggest exhibition of uniforms, together other exhibits from World War II.

The Lofoten Aquarium
Here, you can observe a fascinating underwater world with fish and marine animals found in Lofoten and the waters off North Norway. At the same time, you will gain an insight into the marine ecosystem.

Magic Ice
Magic Ice in Svolvær offers ice art and coastal culture accompanied by all kinds of refreshments. Sculptures and installations made of ice, bathed in dramatic lighting together with sounds, music and images, provide an account of nature, local traditions and the life of the fishermen

Lofotr Viking Museum
The Viking Museum at Borg is a reconstruction of an 83 metre long chieftain’s homestead that was found on today’s museum site. Here we find exhibitions, demonstrations and activities for children and young people. Outside the museum there are horses, sheep, wild boar and cattle.

The Espolin Gallery
The gallery is located in Storvågan near Kabelvåg, and displays the works of artist Kaare Espolin Johnson who is known for his representation of the sea, the Lofoten Islands and the rugged conditions under which the fishermen lived. The gallery also includes exhibitions of the work of other artists.

Lofoten House Gallery
This gallery in Henningsvær includes Norway’s major collection of North Norwegian paintings from the period around the turn of the previous century.
The gallery also houses a sales exhibitions and photographs from the turn of the previous century, photographs and an AV show by Frank A Jenssen, and an art and souvenir shop.
